Research Program
Travel Oregon recognizes that research can be the key to successful marketing and development – but not all tourism constituents can afford to build their own library of facts. Therefore the Commission dedicates funds to produce proactive research materials and purchase new research findings.
These materials help the tourism industry make informed decisions regarding product development, enhance the tourism industry’s marketing efforts, help track trends and performance at state and national levels, and provide performance measures for the agency and the industry.
