The Oregon Tourism Commission, doing business as Travel Oregon, is the official tourism destination marketing agency for the State of Oregon. We have two offices; one in downtown Salem and the other in downtown Portland. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (with the exception of certain state and federal holidays).

To submit a formal public records request, contact Travel Oregon. Requests must be made in writing. Travel Oregon handles all requests in accordance with ORS 192. Upon receipt of a written request , including name, contact information and specific records requested, Travel Oregon will contact you to provide acknowledgement and will make records available as soon as practicable and without unreasonable delay.
