2015-2017 Strategic Plan

This biennial strategic plan was developed using the latest industry research and the extensive input from Oregon’s travel and tourism industry, community leaders and others, through a series of meetings and listening sessions convened in developing the Oregon Tourism Industry Statewide Action Plan.

The dashboard is designed to give the reader a quick and substantive look at the strategic priorities that will guide Travel Oregon for the next two years. Further, the full plan provides the context for Travel Oregon’s strategic initiatives and measures.
