  1. Teresa O'Neill

    Oversees the Global Strategic Partnerships team which includes the following program areas:
    • Regional Cooperative Tourism Program
    • Industry Services
    • Grants
    • Strategic Partnership Development

  2. Matthew Finn

    • Provides administrative support and project management support to the VP of Global Strategic Partnerships
    • Coordinates and attends meetings with public and private sector partners
    • Serves as a liaison on behalf of the Global Strategic Partnership Team to internal and external stakeholders

  3. Carole Astley

    • Leads Industry & Visitor Services program of work
    • Develops and delivers industry training and professional development opportunities, including the Governor’s Conference on Tourism and the Travel Oregon 101 program
    • Manages the Matching Grants program

    Favorite Oregon Activity: Skiing Timberline at Mt. Hood

  4. Kendra Perry

    • Works with external partners on business development opportunities, including Governor’s Conference on Tourism and Welcome Center brochure program
    • Manages online event registration system
    • Coordinates statewide Travel Oregon 101 seminars

    Favorite Oregon Activity: Spending time at the Oregon Coast with family and friends

  5. Harry Dalgaard

    • Designs and delivers community-based rural Oregon development programs
    • Convenes and facilitates niche market workgroups
    • Works with external partners and internal teams on sustainable tourism business initiatives

    Favorite Oregon Activity: Shredding Hood River, The Gorge and Mt. Hood

  6. Kate Sappell

    • Provides logistical support to the Regional Cooperative Tourism Program
    • Provides support on enacting regional plans
    • Works with external partners and communicates with Regional Destination Management Organizations

    Favorite Oregon Activity: Hiking through the Columbia River Gorge

  7. Michelle Woodard

    • Administers and monitors Travel Oregon’s competitive and matching grants programs
    • Manages the grant application, review and awards process
    • Responsible for increasing positive economic impacts of tourism and strengthening Oregon’s diverse local tourism industry through Travel Oregon grants
