Operations

The Operations Department provides support to all other departments and is responsible for managing and directing accounting and financial management, preparing and tracking contracts, legal issues, human resources, facilities management, development and oversight of business plans and systems for tracking performance, and ensuring that budgets are created, understood, and met.

    • Accounting and payroll
    • Financial performance insight and reporting
    • Audits and financial reviews

  4. Robert Kutter

    • Accounts payable, accounts receivable, accounting support
    • Office reception, receiving
    • Support services for facilities and VP, Operations

  5. Beth Albany

    • Supports the Operations Department
    • Handles front office reception, administrative duties and facility issues
    • Provides administrative support to the Vice President, Operations
