
Administration
The Administration team is the oil that keeps the Travel Oregon machine running effectively and efficiently.
This includes everything from accounting, to financial and facilities management, to human resources, to ensuring that Travel Oregon works toward diversity, inclusion and equity in our daily work and as an organization. They are our guiding compass, our checkers and balancers, supporting Travel Oregon’s safe, productive (and fun) environment.

Favorite Oregon Activity: Fishing the Columbia for Chinook and Coho.

• Leads team development and fosters a culture of accountability.
• Drives equitable People & Culture programs and change management initiatives.
• Analyzes operations, ensures compliance, and provides strategic recommendations for improvement.
Favorite Oregon Activity: Getting out to Central Oregon to snowboard, mountain bike and hike the trails. At the end of the day, you can find me at one of Central Oregon's amazing breweries.

• Develops and manages a multi-year forecast to support the 10-year strategic vision.
• Maintains various financial databases and records for budget and reporting of financial data.
• Coordinates program budgeting processes by developing funding guidelines, monitoring fund utilization, and identifying new fund allocations in compliance with legislative intent, other jurisdictional budget plans and service agreements.
Favorite Oregon Activity: Chasing waterfalls with my family, our goal is to visit as many waterfalls in Oregon as we can.

• Implements and manages human resources programs, procedures, and plans

• Supports the efficient administration and operation of Travel Oregon and the state's Welcome Centers.
• Acts as a liaison between staff, service providers, external inquiries, while providing operations and events support.
Favorite Oregon Activity:Enjoying our beautiful wineries, supporting LGBTQ+ small businesses and exploring all the great places our state has to offer.

• Oversees seven Travel Oregon Welcome Centers and the Welcome Center Brochure Program
• Day-to-day management of welcome center related projects, including brand implementation
Favorite Oregon Activity: Winter storm watching on the coast

• Provides state and local travel information and recommendations to visitors
• Supports AskOregon inquiries

• Provides state and local travel information and recommendations to visitors
• Serves as a working committee member of PDX’s Make the Connection customer service program
