This studio is designed for those interested in developing and marketing a region’s premier culinary and agricultural experiences as part of a food trail on the Central Coast.
The Oregon Food Trails program aims to harness that potential by cultivating innovative partnerships between restaurants and farm businesses, strengthening local food economies and creating unique experiences for visitors and locals alike. In addition to identifying strategies to develop culinary & agritourism, this workshop will provide your community a way to showcase local farms, fisheries, agricultural businesses, culinary markets and producers.
