In compliance with Executive Order No. 20-12 Tourism Commission Offices are not open to the public without appointment. In response to Governor Kate Brown’s directive on social distancing measures to slow the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the risk of exposure to our communities, this will be a virtual meeting and will be live-streamed on Travel Oregon’s Industry YouTube channel.
Commissioners place great value on information received from the public. We ask that you submit testimony at least two business days in advance of the meeting so the Commission has the opportunity to review and consider your comments. Comments are welcome through the following options:
- Submit comments electronically through a submission form on the OTC website.
- Email comments directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Mail comments to Oregon Tourism Commission, ATTN: Commission Liaison, 319 SW Washington, Suite 700, Portland, OR 97204.
The Oregon Tourism Commission usually meets five times annually. Meetings are open to the public and a copy of the agenda is posted online at least 14 days in advance of each meeting. If you would like to see specific presentations presented at Commission meetings, please contact Sarah Watson.
