Mt. Hood/Columbia Gorge Trainings

Guest Service Gold ® is targeted to frontline employees with the goal of providing the fundamental tools, motivation and inspiration that will help them ‘Go for the Gold’ when it comes to providing service that goes above and beyond what is expected.

The American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute has designed this course especially for Oregon’s hospitality industry. Featuring seven principles of guest service delivery, illustrated through real stories of challenge and experience told by Oregon employees.

The Mt. Hood and Columbia River Gorge Regional Tourism Alliance (RDMO) is sponsoring 20 full scholarships for this training and certificate to all hospitality-related organizations and their associates in the Mt. Hood and Columbia River Gorge region. Businesses may register up to 4 employees at a time. More trainings will be scheduled later this year.
