Great Oaks Food Trail
Following the Greater Polk County Food Trail Development Workshop, the City of Independence, OSU Extension, and Travel Salem launched the Great Oaks Food Trail in August 2020.
The trail features the thematic elements of deep roots, bold artisans and open-air adventures, represented by 47 agricultural and culinary businesses in the greater Polk County area.
