Public Records
A formal public records request must be submitted in writing to Travel Oregon. All requests will be handled in accordance with ORS 192. Records requests must include: requestor name, contact information (email, phone number and organization/self) and specific records requested. Travel Oregon will provide receipt of request and will make records available as soon as practicable and without unreasonable delay.
Public Records requests should be submitted to Travel Oregon by mail to Attn: Public Affairs, 319 SW Washington St., Suite 700, Portland, OR. 97204, or submitted via email to publicrecordsrequest@traveloregon.com.

Travel Oregon Office Location (March 2020 Update)
In an effort to help slow the spread of COVID-19 in Oregon and protect employees and the public, the Oregon Tourism Commission, dba Travel Oregon, will be changing the way it provides services at its offices starting Monday, March 23. Offices will remain open and can be reached by phone during regular business hours, but in-person interactions between staff and the public will be by appointment only.
Deliveries: If you need immediate access to the facilities to complete scheduled delivery between 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., please ring bell at the door.
