
Portland Region Trainings
Guest Service Gold ® is targeted to front line employees with the goal of providing the fundamental tools, motivation and inspiration that will help them ‘Go for the Gold’ when it comes to providing service that goes above and beyond what is expected.
The American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute has designed this course especially for Oregon’s hospitality industry. Featuring seven principles of guest service delivery, illustrated through real stories of challenge and experience told by Oregon employees.
Thanks to a generous sponsorship by Travel Oregon in partnership with the Oregon Hospitality Foundation, classes are open to all hospitality-related organizations and their associates in the Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington and Columbia counties for only $20/person (valued at $100). Employers may register multiple employees at one time and customized on-site training is also available upon request.
