This weekly lodging report provides a summary of statewide and regional lodging performance using data from CoStar. It includes percentage changes compared with both the previous year and two years prior for key metrics, including
Room Rate (Average Daily Rate [ADR]), Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR), Room Revenue, Room Supply, Room Demand, and Occupancy. The date at the top of the chart refers to the beginning of the presented week.
*Please note that CoStar reports include self-reported survey data. On a daily, weekly and monthly basis, CoStar with STR Benchmark processes performance data from hotels all around the world. This data is submitted straight from the source: chain headquarters, management companies, owners and directly from independent hotels. The data is checked for accuracy and for adherence to their reporting guidelines.
