So, we help you plan for it. Employees participate in the Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) after six months of employment and enjoy voluntary participation in the Oregon Savings Growth Plan (OSGP).

Our “Fit 15” benefit allows you a 15-minute paid buffer if you choose fitness on your lunch break or commute to work.  The Portland office has an onsite workout space with showers. Both offices are also close to waterfront paths along the Willamette River if you want to get outside and run (or walk).
