Digital Marketing Boost Program
Marketing Assessments & Assistance for Tourism Businesses
Connecting with visitors online is important now more than ever, as consumers look to online listings, social media and business websites for trip planning, inspiration, and to confirm business operating hours and regulations before arrival. The Digital Marketing Boost program is designed to help businesses identify areas for growth in their digital marketing, then provide assistance to get a head start on implementing the recommended improvements.
The program is designed to be led by an entity with an existing tourism business audience, such as an RDMO, DMO, Chamber of Commerce, or Economic Development Agency. It is best suited for organizations that lack internal staff capacity or technical marketing expertise to offer in-depth marketing assistance in-house, as it is designed to utilize marketing consultants to provide direct support to a targeted group of businesses. The program engages consultants to conduct an assessment of each business’ digital marketing presence, educate businesses on the results, and provide direct support to improve their online presence and better reach customers.
Travel Oregon has created a Digital Marketing Boost Program Handbook to provide tourism industry partners a detailed methodology and links to templates to help execute their own Digital Marketing Boost project with support from or in collaboration with Travel Oregon.
