California wildfires | Grants program webinars | Future of Travel webinar | Ask an Expert | Share Your Story

Travel Oregon is heartbroken to see the devastation our neighbors in California are suffering from the wildfires in Los Angeles. We’re grateful for the Oregon fire crews headed to help battle the blaze and for the efforts of all the brave California firefighters and first responders risking their own lives to save others. Our thoughts are with the residents and visitors of California as well as our tourism industry partners throughout the state. 2024-2025 Competitive Grants program informational webinars
Travel Oregon staff hosted a series of informational webinars about the 2024-2025 Competitive Grant program followed by a discussion with Michelle Woodard, Director of Stewardship Investments, about ways to broaden access and inclusion to create more welcoming destinations for all. If you were unable to attend the webinars, the recordings are available on the Grants program YouTube playlist. While the Learning Session webinar is specific to the current Competitive Grant cycle, information in the Marketing Info Session and Crafting a Strong Budget webinars may be useful resources for other grant programs both inside and outside of Travel Oregon.

Applicants to the grant program must propose a project that focuses on either tourism infrastructure or tourism promotion that increases access and inclusion. The Letter of Intent (LOI) form will be available at 8 a.m. on Dec. 2, 2024 and will be accepted until Jan. 15, 2025 at 5 p.m. The total funding available for this grant cycle is expected to be $5.2 million.
