Register here to secure your spot.
Rooms are available at the Hyatt Regency Portland at the Oregon Convention Center We anticipate the room block selling out, so don’t wait to book!
We’re excited to offer topic-based workshops on Tuesday (April 15) afternoon. These workshops are included in your conference registration, but space is limited, and pre-registration is required.
For the Night Out in Portland, we’re thrilled to welcome attendees to Providence Park, home of the Portland Timbers and Thorns. Guests will have the opportunity to take the field for lawn games, soccer drills and more.
We are proud to count on the support of our many sponsors and exhibitors who make the conference possible. Preview the sponsors and exhibitors in attendance. There will be four dedicated times to connect with exhibitors throughout the conference schedule.
New this year, we are excited to announce our goal of working toward a zero-waste event. We’d love your help. Here are some simple steps you can take to make a difference:
- Don’t forget your own water bottle and/or coffee mug
- If possible, carpool or take public transportation to the conference.
- Renting a car? Consider an EV option.
- Skip daily housekeeping at the hotel.
- Consider taking notes on your laptop or device instead of notebook paper.
Stroll down memory lane
This year’s conference theme is “Then, Now, Forever,” with a nod to the 40th anniversary and we’re looking for old photos, awards, memorabilia or campaign creative to help bring this theme to life and celebrate how far we’ve come as an industry. If you have something to share, please email jaime@traveloregon.com.
Sponsor & exhibitor opportunities
Sponsorships and exhibitor spaces are still available. In addition to these opportunities, we welcome custom ideas to meet your business needs. If you’re interested, or have questions, please email events@traveloregon.com.
